    THANK YOU for giving me a reason to get off the couch...I thoroughly enjoy the Cardio Drumming classes and the coaches (Sarah, Bri and Ebony) make it fun. I do wish you still offered the Power Drumming class on Mondays.

    Love the Coaches who have so much energy and make working out so much fun. Love the cardio drumming class - getting in a great fun workout. Love the shakes! The overall atmosphere is so welcoming that you really feel a part of the SoulFitFam.

    I started about 8 weeks ago the results are amazing and noticed by everyone- the classes are fun not something you would dread like the gym. The people are amazing and all so helpful. I’m in my fifties it has done wonders for my body taken away all the aches and pains I jump up and move a lot differently. You have to try it I promise you will be back

    I had no idea what I was getting myself in to when I decided to try cardio drumming. I have always been a cardio junkie so I wasn’t sure it would live up to my expectations well IT DID and I am HOOKED. It is not only fun but an incredible calorie burn. The atmosphere is inviting and upbeat. The trainers are all super nice, helpful and they keep you going and motivated. The free classes they offer are great too. The pay as you go is an added bonus along with the free drink you get after the cardio class.

    I am loving the experience at Soul Fit. The staff are super friendly and make it easy when I’m not so coordinated lol. I’ve done 2 ab classes and drumming 6 or 7 times. I love it!!!!!! Shakes are amazing too

    Tonight was my first, ever, cardio drumming class and I'm hooked. The class was so much fun and the atmosphere was perfect. Everyone was so welcoming and the drinks were delicious!

    Awesome classes with upbeat music and amazing instructors. Great calorie burning workout. Wish there was a multi-pack for classes and shakes to save some money. 3 classes a week adds up! Like a punch card system for shakes and a bundle pack for classes.

    I love your classes!!! Your website and class sign-up page needs some work....unable to book multiple classes for the month and pay all at one time. My classes have been confirmed, so hope I don’t lose my spots....
