I’ve been coming to the women’s workouts 2-3 x a week since April. I’ve only lost maybe 10 lbs but I am sooo much stronger. I herniated a disc 3 years ago and had lost a ton of core/back strength due to neglect and fear of reinjury. I would do cardio but get bored with my same ole routine and working out was a chore. Not anymore!!! My workouts are “me” time away from the family where I work on myself and I do boy pushups now ya’ll
I've been going to Chilton Train for a few months now and I love it! Madison pushes you to do better and work harder. This group has made me feel better physically and mentally.
Hard work pays off!

I’ll level with you. It’s a pretty hard workout in my opinion. But it is fun and the results are undeniable! Madison, along with everyone else around me, was very encouraging and motivational. 10/10 would recommend
If you are thinking of getting yourself in better shape you need to stop thinking "I can't" and join this great team of ladies. You will quickly see that "You Can"! Madison is an excellent leader and trainer. He puts together a great workout that will keep you on your toes. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do with this format. You will gain strength, confidence and endurance. I was presented the opportunity to run in a 5k this past weekend. I have never before had the confidence to even try to run one. Well....thanks to the workouts and encouragement at Chilton Train, I not only participated, but I completed it! Madison...You rock! Get.Your.Reps.In

I was highly impressed by Madison and the Chilton Train workouts I was able to attend. As a former collegiate athlete at Wake Forest, I felt like I was back in the Demon Deacons weight room. Madison's workouts remind me of what we did with Coach Britt, our strength and conditioning coordinator who was previously with the New York Knicks. There is no need to be intimated at all. Madison does a great job of describing each exercise and works well with people from all exercise backgrounds. In other words, I cannot say enough positive things about Chilton Train. Go try it for yourself!

I’m used to working out and working out hard; however since having my children 8 yrs old and 5 yrs old, I haven’t made time to go out by myself for runs or to a gym and workout. Before trying these classes I hated having to take the time to workout at home and was getting so bored with the same old routine. For the past three weeks I’ve been going to the Women’s workouts and I love them!! I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do to workout, the workouts are fast-paced and actually fun!! I enjoy working out!! I’m so glad I started going!
The BEST Workouts!
I always get tired of going to the gym because it’s the same thing every time. You usually get in the same routine when going to the gym but here, you are constantly doing something different. You never know what to expect which makes it exciting! I’ve never looked forward to working out until now!!
Great All Around
NEVER before have I enjoyed working out . . . .until now that is. I had friends who said "Give it a try. You'll be hooked." I didn't believe that for a minute. Now, I manage my weekly schedule around our workout sessions so that I can go three times a week. I've gotten so much stronger, have more energy, have lost weight and just feel so much better. Madison is awesome! So encouraging, without being pushy and overbearing, so positive and just a great person. The other women in the group celebrate, motivate and care about each other. Make yourself come the first time or two and then you too will be hooked.
Awesome workout sessions! Madison is very patient and pushes you just enough! Love the variety!
I hope you add a 5:30 class to Thursday.
These workouts are fun and challenging! You never know what to expect! A positive and friendly environment! It has helped me add variety to my weekly workouts.
This past summer I decided it was time for a change and that I wanted to lose weight! Joining these classes has not only made me stronger but helped me keep that weight off and lose even more! I have made great friendships by joining these classes as well! I look forward to these classes every week!

I’ve never been big into working out, but when I was introduced to Madison and his women’s classes they were a game changer! I look forward to these classes every week! The women that I get the opportunity to work out with are absolutely amazing, and give nothing but motivation and support. Madison is always keeping us on our toes and challenging us each night. You don’t have to be perfect you just have to try!

I have never enjoyed working out before but the women’s sessions have become the highlight of my week! I used to dread going to the gym, I would never know what to do when I was there, I would have no motivation, and always felt like people were watching me. NOW I just show up and Madison has it all set up. You don’t have to think about it, you just do it! And everyone is so encouraging! I’ve made great friends and we’re all there for the same reason.. to get our R.E.P.S. in!! Im so thankful for Madison and all of his hard work to keep the women’s sessions challenging but fun at the same time!

Joining this group that first night was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I look forward to the workouts, and I’m anxious to see what we’re going to be doing each night. Madison is a great trainer. He dont expect you to be perfect and if something is to challenging he will work with you to show you how to do it on a different level. I have made some great friends that I would not have met otherwise. We laugh and we have fun all while getting stronger and healthier! I would encourage anyone to try it! I went in the first night not knowing what I was going to be doing or if I could even do it, and for 2 months now there haven’t been many sessions that I have missed.
I have only been twice so far but very impressed with the workout stations, music, and vibes from the group. Madison explains each exercise you will do and is very motivational. He has created a great atmosphere for women to workout together!

Madison is a leader and is personally driven to help you be your very best. He understands that a woman's life is busy and it is difficult for us to make time for ourselves. He will not waste one minute. I suggest, if you are thinking about making one positive move towards a better you, give Madison a try. The new you will be glad you did! The comrodatity is awesome too! Just when you need it, somewhere in the background, you might hear someone cheer your name and it is just enough to help you push through. Madison has it together!
